Introduction & Consent
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the gk99 platform and the user. By using gk99's website, app, or any of its services, you unconditionally accept all the terms described below.

Account Registration & Management
When creating an account on gk99, you are required to provide only true and accurate information. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time and all funds in such accounts may be forfeited.
Single Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings will be cancelled. Please ensure you notify gk99 Support before multiple family members operate separate accounts from the same device or network.
Login Credential Security
Keep your username and password completely confidential. You are solely responsible for any unauthorised use of your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify gk99 Support immediately.
Account Closure
You may close your account at any time. gk99 also reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for breach of terms, suspected fraud, or under its responsible gaming policy.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
gk99 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. For bank transfers, Bangladesh's major scheduled banks — including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank — can be used.
Deposit Terms
- The deposit account and payment method must be registered in your own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
- The deposit amount will be added to your balance only after it has been successfully received in gk99's account.
- If a deposit is delayed due to technical reasons, please contact Support.
Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawal requests can only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
- Large withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
- In cases of suspicious activity, withdrawals may be held until an investigation is complete.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
gk99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions — please read them carefully before accepting. The general terms for the welcome bonus are described below.
Wagering Requirement
Before withdrawing a bonus, you must complete wagering equal to 15 times the bonus amount. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 in bets must be placed. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
Bonus Expiry
Each bonus has a set expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled. Contact Support for information on the current bonus expiry period.
Bonus Abuse Prohibited
Using accounts with the intent to abuse the bonus system (for example: claiming multiple bonuses from different accounts, or attempting to meet requirements through low-risk bets) is strictly prohibited. If gk99 detects such activity, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.
Gaming & Betting Rules
General Gaming Rules
- Each game has its own rules, which should be reviewed before starting.
- Round results caused by technical errors will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.
- If the internet connection is lost, gk99's server-side data will be treated as final.

Sports Betting Rules
- Bets placed before an event starts will be settled according to the applicable rules.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed, a decision will be made in accordance with gk99's settlement policy.
- gk99 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds.
- Maximum bet limits may vary across different events and markets.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure if detected:
- Using any software, bot, or automated method to gain an advantage in games or betting.
- Intentionally exploiting weaknesses or errors in a game.
- Colluding with other players to cheat.
- Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.

Right to Amend Terms

Language & Interpretation
The Bengali version of these terms is the original and operative version. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, gk99's interpretation will be considered final.
